Join the village.
We're a small, growing, dual-specialty clinic in Ottawa's Hunt Club looking for clinicians who care about doing the work well.

Four convictions that shape every hire.
Before we talk about roles, this is what we believe about clinical work. If any of the below makes you uncomfortable, this probably isn't the right clinic for you, and that's a useful thing for both of us to know early.
Depth before breadth.
We hire clinicians who want to go deeper into fewer specialties, not shallower into more. If your CE budget goes to a fifth modality survey course, we might not be your fit.
Care that holds the whole family.
We treat individuals, but we serve families. Pediatric clinicians who talk to parents like partners. Adult clinicians who ask about the household. That's the standard.
Evidence, with two hands in the work.
Clinical rigor and human warmth aren't a tradeoff. We read the research. We also hold space for the person on the table. Both, not either.
A village that keeps learning.
We support ongoing training, mentorship, and quarterly case reviews between clinicians. Staying still isn't an option here, we invest in your growth because it becomes ours.
The kind of clinician we hire.
Credentials matter. But at every hire, we're looking past the paperwork to the kind of clinician you actually are, because that's what patients feel.
With the relevant Ontario regulatory college for your discipline. Non-negotiable.
Either postgraduate training in one of our areas — or a clear plan to build it, with our support.
You know what you don't know. You refer out when the case is outside your scope, without ego.
You want a home, not a stepping stone. We invest heavily in our clinicians — we hope you'll stay a while.

Registered Physiotherapist
For a clinician with 3+ years of orthopedic or pediatric experience who wants time-per-patient closer to 45 minutes than 15. Full clinical autonomy within evidence-based scope. Extended benefits, CE budget, and a genuine mentorship relationship with the founder.
Registered Massage Therapist
RMT registered in Ontario. We're looking for someone who pairs naturally with active physiotherapy — comfortable coordinating on shared patients with our PT team, and interested in helping shape how our massage practice grows.
Occupational Therapist
First OT hire will help shape how OT integrates with our physiotherapy practice — particularly on the pediatric side. If this fits your trajectory, we'd love to know you exist.
Speech-Language Pathologist
We plan to add SLP as an integrated part of our pediatric care. Interested in helping design that program from day one? Let's talk.
Psychotherapist
For a Registered Psychotherapist interested in working alongside a physical health team — particularly for chronic pain, post-injury mental health, and family support alongside pediatric care.
Simple, quick and personal.
We reply to every application, and you'll usually hear back within a week.

Do you hire new grads?
Yes, for physiotherapy assistant and select PT roles — with a structured onboarding period and mentorship built in. For OT and SLP program-founding roles we lean toward mid-career, but strong new grads are welcome to reach out.
What’s the compensation model?
Associate contractors: 70/30 split of billable revenue, with no additional platform or admin fees. Salaried employees: base + performance premium tied to caseload retention, not new-patient churn. Exact numbers are shared in the first conversation, before you invest more time.
Contract or employee, which?
Both are available for most roles. Some clinicians prefer the autonomy of a contractor arrangement; others prefer the stability and benefits of employment. We’ll talk through what fits your situation, there’s no default we push you toward.
How much admin will I be doing?
Clinical documentation only. Reception handles bookings, reschedules, billing, direct-bill submissions, insurance follow-ups, and patient communication that doesn’t require your clinical input. If you’re spending your evenings writing SOAP notes, we’ve failed.
Is there room to grow into a leadership role?
Yes, if that’s what you want. Each discipline will need a program lead as it grows. If you’re joining as the first OT or SLP, you’re effectively building your program from day one. That’s explicit in the role description, not implied.
