Your first visit

A clear start to your care plan.

The assessment is designed to understand what is happening, what matters to you, and which next steps are most appropriate.

01

Tell your story.

Share the concern, how it affects everyday life, relevant history, and what you or your child want to return to doing.

02

Move and assess.

Your physiotherapist evaluates the relevant movement, strength, mobility, balance, coordination, or functional activities.

03

Leave with a plan.

Your findings are explained and the clinician discusses appropriate treatment options and practical next steps.

Do I need a doctor referral to book?

No. Most patients self-refer. A referral is only required if your insurance plan specifically asks for one — we can let you know when you book.

What if I am not sure which assessment to choose?

Call the clinic and describe the main concern. The team can help identify the most appropriate booking pathway before you select an appointment.

Does the booking happen on this website?

The final booking action opens PhysioVille’s secure Jane App scheduling page. The approved Jane App link will be connected before launch.

What if I need a specialized service?

Start with the relevant adult or pediatric assessment unless the clinic has provided a specific booking instruction. Your physiotherapist can determine which services are appropriate after assessment.

How long is the assessment?

Appointment length may vary by assessment type. The Jane App service listing or clinic team will confirm the duration when you book.

What should I check with my insurance provider?

Coverage and reimbursement requirements vary by plan. Ask your provider whether a referral, receipt detail, annual limit, or other documentation is required.
